China has been an agricultural country. For a long time, the rural ones take the major part of China’s population. With the acceleration of urbanization in recent years, the rural population gradually transmigrate into the towns, but according to the census results for the sixth time in2010, compared to the fifth national population census in2000, in spite of the urban population increased by207million, rural population by133million, the proportion of urban population by13.46%, the rural part accounted to more than half of the population of our country.
