Customer perceived value has been studied by the scholars from all over theword since the1990s, customer value which has become the focus of business andtheorists is viewed as the new source of competitive advantage. As the constantdeepening of china’s healthcare system reform and as the opening of our healthcaremarket growing, the competition between the hospital will become more and morefierce. With the continuous improvement of living standards and the increasingattention on the children, people’s requirement and expectations to children’shealthcare will be constantly improved. These make healthcare face to greatchallenge.The modern healthcare need to have advanced concept and service quality,children’s healthcare is part of healthcare, children’s healthcare also needs to haveadvanced concept and service quality. Only creating excellent customer perceivedvalue, children’s healthcare institutions are able to obtain continuous development inthe future healthcare market. So, this thesis hopes to provide some feasiblesuggestions for children’s healthcare through study of evaluation model of childrenhealthcare from perspective customer perceived value.First, this thesis give an overview of the customer perceive value and healthcareand customer perceive value of healthcare theories. On this basis, we construct themodel of customer perceived value of healthcare by reference Philip Kotler’s modelof customer value. Then combined some scholars’ related research andcommunication with some healthcare personnel and children’ parent, this thesisabstracted the index system of the customer value of children’s healthcare. The authormakes use of SPSS16.0to analyze the data obtained through a questionnaire, to revisethe index system, and we also determined the weight of each index according to thedata, so we construct the evaluation model of customer perceived value of children’shealthcare. In addition, we analyze the children’s healthcare expectation among thedifferent characteristics.
