ObjectiveTo observe the change pattern of plasma hydrogen sulfide in perioperative period of CABG with CPB.MethodsThe datas were corrected by hemoglobin for avoiding the interference of dilute effect to the hydrogen sulfide level coming from CPB.We chose26cases of CABG patients with CPB in hospital from July to October, and detect the change rules of plasma hydrogen sulfide from5time points:before blocking up the ascending aorta(T1),1h(T2),2h(T3),3h(T4) and4h(T5) after unlocking the ascending aorta, and found out the correlation between plasma hydrogen sulfide and CK-MB, cTnl, traditional indexes of vital sign.ResultsThe plasma hydrogen sulfide increasingly went up from blocking up the ascending aorta to4h after unlocking the ascending aorta. From T1to T5,The concentration of plasma hydrogen sulfide were (408.075±60.450),(502.990±74.340),(500.320±72.140),(527.060±84.220),(561.205±86.570) pg/ml. The levels of plasma hydrogen sulfide pre and post operative were of statistically significant differences except T2and T3. It was negative correlation with the systolic blood pressure(r=-0.589, P=0.04), the diastolic blood pressure(r=-0.585, P=0.02) and the heart rate(r=-0.540, P=0.04), positive correlation with plasma CK-MB(r=0.79, p=0.000), cTnl(r=0.84, p=0.004), temperature(r=0.605, P=0.02). It was unconcerned with central venous pressure(r=0.690, P=0.07).ConclusionsThe perioperative plasma hydrogen sulfide of patients under CABG with CPB rised gradually. The plasma hydrogen sulfide was negative correlation with the blood pressure, heart rate and positive correlation with temperature. The plasma hydrogen sulfide in perioperative period of coronary disease has a close relationship with ischemia reperfusion injury.
