| Objective:The purpose of this study is to detect the levels of IL-1ã€IL-6ã€TNF-a and VEGF in the peripheral blood of Hepatocellular Carcinoma patients before and after chemoembolization with gelatin sponge particles, to explore the impact of the gelatin sponge particles chemotherapyembolization on cellular immune function and significance. Methods:Double antibody sandwich ELISA was applied to detect levels of IL-1. IL-6and TNF-a and VEGF in peripheral blood of the30cases of healthy people and30cases of hepatocellular carcinoma before and after chemoembolization with gelatin sponge particles. Results:The results suggest that peripheral blood of IL-1. IL-6. TNF-a and VEGF in patients of hepatocellular carcinoma were significantly higher than those in healthy people(P<0.05).IL-1and IL-6levels at different time points4d.7d and28d after chemoembolization of Hepatocellular carcinoma were significantly lower than the1day before treatment (P<0.05).showed a trend to decrease.VEGF levels4d.7d.28d after chemoembolization was significantly higher than the1day before treatment (P<0.05).the28day after treatment were significantly lower than at the7day after treatment.TNF-a levels at the4d and7d after chemoembolization compared with the1day before treatment showed no statistical significance (P>0.05).the28d significantly lower than the1day before treatment(P<0.05).Conclusions:GSPs chemotherapy embolization has positive regulatory role to the body immune function and may induce the newborn blood vessel production.and provide the theoretical basis for clinical HCC immunotherapy and anti-vascular endothelial treatment. |
