Objective:To detect the expression of CCR7and VEGF-C in prostate cancer tissue and explore the Relationship between CCR7,VEGF-C and Clinical pathological factors. Methods:HE dying and quick Immunohistochemical method was performed to detect CCR7andVEGF-C Expression in45specimens of prostate carcinoma and15specimens of benign prostatic hyperplasia tissues, and to observe the relationship between the expression of the two factors and pathological differentiation, clinical stage and lymph node metastasis.Results:(1) The expression of CCR7and VEGF-C was high in prostate carcinoma but low in benign prostatic hyperplasia tissues, and are distributed in kytoPlasm, matrix cell and fibrocyte and So on abound the tumor. CCR7and VEGF-C expressed stongly in29(64.45%) and31(68.89%) cases of prostate carcinoma tissues, and slightly expressed in4(26.67%) and2(13.33%) cases of benign prostatic hyperplasia tissues. Compare with group of control, the high level of CCR7and VEGF-C expression in prostate carcinoma, and the expression is closely related with the degree of Pathological differentiation, Clinical stage and Lymph node metastasis,(p<0.05).(2)Statistical correlation was found between the expression of CCR7and VEGF-C,(Correlation coefficient:0.604,p<0.01).ConcIusions:(1)The expression of CCR7and VEGF-C was high in prostate carcinoma, especially in poorly differentiated, high-stage and metastatic prostate carcinoma.(2)CCR7and VEGF-C in prostate carcinoma progression and lymph node metastasis may have a synergistic effect; Joint detection of CCR7and VEGF-C may as a reliable indicator to detect the degree of malignancy and determine whether lymph node metastasis in prostate cancer.
