Objective:By Sulfasalazine comparison of Sanguis Draxonis in the treatment of ulcerative colitis clinical efficacy and adverse reactions. Research of resina Draconis on dextran sodium sulfate (Dextran Sulfate Sodium, DSS) induces in the treatment of ulcerative colitis and its possible mechanism.Method:In clinical studies,66cases of ulcerative colitis patients randomly divided into treatment and control groups, two groups of patients oral Sulfasalazine enteric-coated tablets, treatment group patients with3g before sleep at night against in Sanguis Draxonis powder100ml in0.9%NS retention enema; Control group patients before sleep at night Sulfasalazine enteric-coated tablets (with mortar trituration) against2g in retention-en em a in the100ml NS,15D for1course of treatment, altogether2courses, therapy observation on the therapeutic effect and adverse reactions of the two groups. Large rat colon organization in the P-select pigment, and nuclear factor (NF-κB), and tumor necrosis factor (TNF-alpha), and transformation growth factor-beta1(TGF-beta1) of expression level comparison, model control group all factor expression level and blank group, and low dose of Sanguis Draxonis treatment group, and medium dose of Sanguis Draxonis treatment group, and high dose of Sanguis Draxonis treatment group all factor expression level comparison p<5%, differences are has statistics significance; low dose of Sanguis Draxonis treatment group, medium dose of Sanguis Draxonis treatment group, treated by high dose of Sanguis Draxonis group, compared to blank group p>5%, the difference was not statistically significant.Conclusions:Clinical treatment and effect no difference in the two groups, but in traditional Chinese medicine syndromes improve discrepancies and adverse reactions, description of single Sanguis Draxonis in the treatment of ulcerative colitis is feasible. Experiments show that:p-selectin, NF-κB, TNF-α, TGF-betal in patients with active Ulcerative colitis-expression in the organization that they associated with the pathogenesis of active Ulcerative colitis; Experiments show that traditional Chinese medicine Sanguis Draxonis to period of reduced activity of p-selectin in the colon of ulcerative colitis, the NF-κB, TNF-α, TGF-betal expression level, has obvious therapeutic effect of active Ulcerative colitis.
