| Objective:Explore part of the mechanism of scalp acupuncture treatment of cerebral infarction, through observe the changes in the level of Super Oxide Dismutase and Malondialdehyde in brain tissue and correlation with neural function of SD rats, to provide reliable experimental evidence for the Scalp treatment of cerebral infarction in clinical, and to promote it better.Methods:Select the health of male SD rats,12weeks of age, weight250g~280g, were randomly divided into the blank group, sham operation group, model control group, scalp acupuncture group of12hours, scalp acupuncture group of24hours (N=10),and produce the model of cerebral infarction. Then treat them by acupuncture of anterior oblique line of vertex temporal and the oblique line of vertex-temporal. Observe the changes in the level of Super Oxide Dismutase and Malondialdehyd-e in brain tissue,assess neurological function by Bedersron’s at the fixed time.Results:Compare sham operation group and the blank group:the vitality of SOD, the content of MDA and the neurological score did not change significantly (p>0.05). Compare sham operation group and the blank group.The vitality of SOD before significantly reduced (p<0.01), the content of MDA before significantly increased (p<0.01), the neurological score significantly increased (p<0.01). Compare scalp acupuncture group of12hours and model control group. The vitality of SOD before increased (p<0.05), the content of MDA before reduced (p<0.05), the neurological score significantly reduced (p<0.01). Compare scalp acupuncture group of24hours and scalp acupuncture group of12hours. The vitality of SOD before increased (p<0.05), the content of MDA before reduced (p<0.05). the neurological score of scalp acupuncture group of12hours and scalp acupuncture group of24hours, both significantly reduced after treatment (p<0.01).Conclusion:Rats in acute cerebral infarction, the vitality of SOD reduced, the content of MDA increased relative to the normal. The possible treatment mechanism of cerebral infarction by acupuncture of anterior oblique line of vertex temporal and the oblique line of vertex-temporal is:improve endogenous free radical scavenging system, suppress oxidative free radical reactions and lipid peroxidation, improved the behavior of activity by increased the vitality of SOD and reduced the content of MDA. Efficacy and the number of treatments are positively correlated. |
