Objective: This study was designed through a literature review, review therelevant knowledge of meningeal carcinomatosis. Summarize the main points of thecare of meningeal carcinomatosis by analyzing the clinical data and analysis of thenursing process. Analysis the advantages and disadvantages of the existing nursing andprovide a reference to improve the quality of care for patients with meningealcarcinomatosis.Methods: Collect the data of5cases with meningeal carcinomatosis fromJanuary2011to March2012,.Analysis the case characteirstics and nursing process andsum up the nursing care points of patients with meningeal carcinomatosis points.Results: Meningeal carcinomatosis have a variety of clinical manifestations. Wemust give appropriate care measures atfer personalized analysis. Through acomprehensive assessment of the5patients,the authors conclude the seven aspects ofthe care points, including psychological care, care of increased intracranial pressure,epilepsy care, pain care, complications of cerebral hernia care, medication, nursingcare of chemotherapy, radiation therapy care.Conclusion: Patients with meningeal arcinomatosis have short-lived. It has greatpractical significance to providing active supportive treatment and care measures.Attention should be paid to improve patients’ quality of life, to make patients morecomfortable, and particular emphasis on the psychological care of patients withmeningeal carcinomatosis.
