Objective:Analysis the relationships of VM formation and endometrial carcinomain surgical-pathologic staging、 histological grade、 pathological type、 depth ofmyometrial invasion and metastasis of lymphoid knot and research the role of VMformation play in development、infiltrating and metastasis in endometrial carcinoma andused to evaluate the tumor’s degree of malignancy,prognosis and guide treatment.Methods:Selected the endometrial from the patients who to do hysterectomy andhysteroscopy of gynecological in the second hospital of Jilin university from may2011to march2012. Including15cases of normal endometrium;14cases are endometrialhyperplasia disease;42cases are endometrial carcinoma. The CD34, PAS doublestaining method is used to detect the expression of VM in various tissues. Analysis therelationships of VM formation and endometrial carcinoma in surgical-pathologicstaging、histological grade、pathological type、depth of myometrial invasion andmetastasis of lymphoid knot and research the role of VM formation play indevelopment、infiltrating and metastasis in endometrial carcinoma.All data are treatedby statistical analysis.P<0.05as statistically significant differences,the statisticallysignificant level is P<0.01.Result:(1): VM is not expressed in normal endometrium and endometrial hyperplasiagroup,it only expression in endometrial cancer group.15patients with VM formation in42cases of endometrial cancer(35.71%).(2):The cases of VM formation in endometrial carcinoma FIGO stageⅠ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ-Ⅳ is5(5/26,19.23%)、3(3/7,42.86%)、7(7/9,77.78%).The expression of VM in stage Ⅲ-Ⅳ is obviously higher than stage II、I(P <0.01).(3):There in not VM formation in well differentiated group,The cases of VMformation in medium、low differentiated endometrial cancer is6(6/14,42.86%)、9(9/12,75.00%). The expression of VM in each differentiated endometrial hassignificant difference (P <0.01).(4):The cases of VM formation in endometrial adenocarcinoma and other types ofcancer is11(11/37,29.73%)、4(4/5,80.00%). The expression of VM in each group hassignificant difference (P=0.028).(5):The cases of VM formation in less than or equal to1/2of infiltrating depth ofmuscular layer and more than1/2of infiltrating depth of muscular layer is10(10/30,33.33%)、5(5/12,41.67%).The expression of VM in each group has nodifference (P>0.05).(6):The cases of VM formation in the group lymph node metastasis and not lymphnode metastasis is7(7/9,77.78%)、8(8/33,24.24%).The expression of VM in the grouplymph node metastasis is significantly higher than not metastasis tissues.Conclusion:VM is not expressed in normal endometrium and endometrial hyperplasia group,itonly expression in endometrial cancer group.The group of later surgical-pathologicstaging、lower histology sizing、lymphoid knot lymph node metastasis、specialPathology type is easy to form,but it is nothing to do with the depth of myometrialinvasion.VM is closely relevant with the development、infiltrating and metastasis ofendometrial carcinoma.
