Objective:Research starting point of the biceps tendon membrane, the checkpoint, direction, shape, thickness and other related anatomy data, and thehead of biceps tendon membrane adjacent neurovascular contorts,distribution and the relationship with the head of biceps tendonmembrane. Purpose is to better understand head of biceps tendonmembrane in anatomy, chelidon place for clinical operation, provide thecorresponding anatomical data.Materials and methods:With40bodies(male30, women10, a total of60)used forteaching’ adult specimen which has fixed with formalin for several years,specimen is complete, the arm keep in good condition, age is unknown.Observation records head of biceps tendon membrane related data, andthe head of biceps tendon anatomy on the structure of membrane phaseadjacent to the relationship.The results:1. The cephalic vein of4cm in diameter at the bottom of the brackethorizontal grain was3.18±0.62mm, elbow horizontal grain was2.41±0.28mm in diameter and4cm above the elbow horizontal grainwas2.32±0.35mm in diameter.2. You want to veins4cm in diameter at the bottom of the brackethorizontal grain was1.90±0.16mm, elbow horizontal grain was2.10±0.24mm in diameter and4cm above the elbow horizontal grainwas2.26±0.19mm in diameter.3. Head of biceps tendon membrane surface deep brachial artery,median nerve through the brachial artery in wear into the head of bicepstendon membrane, outer diameter of4.96±0.69mm, wear a head ofbiceps tendon membrane, outside diameter is4.920.78mm; Mediannerve in wear into the head of biceps tendon membrane was6.44±1.36mm in diameter, through the head of biceps tendon membrane was8.90±2.04mm in diameter.Adjacent to the structure of the anatomy of the relationship.Conclusion:1. For PICC, the cephalic vein should not be taken as the preferredvenous puncture.2. During the PICC, expensive to vein is first selection, withhorizontal stripes above a horizontal refers to the common vein contortsyour for the needle point is advisable.3. Clinical upward cut head of biceps tendon membranedecompression treatment in the middle of the viega profi-press syndrome,to cut by the outside, take care to avoid damage the biceps tendonmembrane surface structure.
