Background:Epidemiological survey showed that gastric cancer is the fourth in theworld[1], the high incidence of malignancy resection is the only possible curemeans of gastric cancer, but the actual is limited in early stage I cancer of thestomach, postoperative5-year survival rate is85%-95%. And advancedgastric cancer postoperative5-year survival rate in general30%-30%, lessthan60%. More advanced gastric cancer postoperative local recurrence rate ishigh, the survival rate is low, most of patients diagnosed with gastric cancerhave been advanced in our county; according to the statistics,70%of patientssee a doctor is III, Ⅳ)[2], the resection rate is low, especially for the proportionof less radical excision, the prognosis is poor. How to improve the treatmenteffect, in patients with longer survival period is worth studying. Therefore, thisarticle I branch line of neoadjuvant chemotherapy combined surgery of patientswith summary, review and analysis, to explore preoperative chemotherapy incombination with the essence of the surgical treatment for patients with stageⅣ gastric cancer treatment. Objective:This study was employed to explored that Whether neoadjuvantchemotherapy in patients with gastric cancer can improve the resection rate, reduce local tumor recurrence and prolong Survival time。 Methods:During the period of December2006to December2012in our hospital,Clear diagnosis of stage Ⅳ gastric cancer through preoperative evaluation andcan not resection with FOLFOX6scheme lines of chemotherapyRetroperitoneal hot perfusion chemotherapy, after surgery FOLFOX6schemechemotherapy.The postoperative prognosis were observedResults:Preoperative chemotherapy can improve the rate of resection, tumorcompletely after preoperative chemotherapy response and complete tumorresection is the main factor for long-term, no obvious postoperativecomplications, postoperative tumor pathology change obviously, tumorrecurrence after surgery compared with no preoperative chemotherapy group,an effective preoperative chemotherapy group recurrence, the recurrencenumber decreased significantly.Conclusion:1. Preoperative chemotherapy can drop stagetumors and eliminate potentialmicro metastases with Ⅳ gastric cancer patients; Improve the radical resectionrate2. Preoperative chemotherapy can improve the surial in Ⅳ gastric cancerpatient...
