ObjectivesTo investigate patients during general anesthesia in a three-grade generalhospital for anesthesia services satisfaction status and analysis of relatedfactors.MethodsSelf-designed questionnaire “patient of general anesthesia servicesatisfaction questionnaire",Convenient sampling was applied to recruitanesthesia patients in Taian, jinan, jining city three of five tertiary generalhospital in the Period from march to September,2011. This study investigatedthe hospital orthopedics, outside general, thoracic surgeons, urology,neurosurgery, gynecology and ICU seven departments. the actual payment of investigation questionnaire395, where in the382valid questionnaires,efficiency of96.7%.Results①Patient sex female than male, age mainly concentrated above youngadults, the educational background layer of the crowd fair, as a wholeeconomic conditions is low. the patient expenses pays a way more diverse,regard the rural cooperative medical treatment is principle. the patient regardthe farmer is principle. hospital department general surgery is principle, Thefirst surgery patient for most.②Situation analysis showed that the item that Patients most satisfiedwas the medical staff come to see you preoperative4.48and the mostunsatisfied item was the anesthesia medical staff gossip attitude3.04.③Variance analysis of age, sex, cultural degree, insurance forms,inpatient department, occupation on" service attitude"," professionaltechnology and skill"," the patient feeling" and" anesthesia care management"four aspects satisfaction is existence difference, P<0.05. ④The multiple linear regression revealed that the career, income level,be in hospital departments, and cultural degree four factors influence theirsatisfaction with general services,but only explained20.0%of the variance.Conclusions①About the Patients of low level of income and of good positioned,itseems that the hospital is not very satisfactory. So the hospital should improveits medical service and anesthesia professional Comprehensive quality tomeet every patient. The inpatients,should be treated differently,especiallywe should use the corresponding relational marketing strategy according tothe inpatient age career and income, enhancing the Patients,servicesatisfaction.②The patient’s service need is still not met. Especially anesthesiamanagement respect is the lowest level. So we need to strengthen themanagement of the whole hospital management system.③Clinical work need to assess the patient ’s different needs, to " take thepatient as the center", pay more attention to the patient ’s psychologicalfeeling, Managers should use difference theory and value of service concept, to improve the service satisfaction of patients undergoing general anesthesia.
