| Objective To observe the sevoflurane pre-and post-processing are two methods byadjusting the oxide-antioxidant balance on renal ischemia reperfusion injury in rats. Methods Male SD rats36, weighing220~240g, were randomly divided into fourgroups (n=9), sham operation group (C group); ischemia-reperfusion group (I/Rgroup); sevoflurane pre-conditioning group (Pre-IR group) and sevofluranepost-conditioning group (Post-IR group). Ligation of the right renal artery occlusionof the left renal artery45min and24h of reperfusion prepared by means of renalischemia and reperfusion model.24h after ischemia and reperfusion, blood and renaltissue were measured in plasma and renal tissue of SOD, MDA, and the MPOcontent. Observe the pathological changes of kidney tissue, Paller’s on renal tubulardamage were scored.Result Compared with group C, the I/R group SOD levels significantly decreased,MDA, MPO was significantly increased (P <0.01); compared with I/R group, thePre-IR group and Post-IR SOD decreased MDA, MPO levels increased the extent ofsignificantly reduced (P <0.05). However, the Pre-IR group and the Post-IR serumand tissue SOD activity and MDA between the MPO content differences werestatistically significant (P>0.05). Tubular Paller’s score, compared with C group, the I/R, the Pre-IR group and the Post-IR group ratings were higher than group C (P<005) between the Pre-IR group and the Post-IR group was no significant difference(P>0). Conclusion sevoflurane preconditioning and post-processing can reducerenal damage by oxygen free radical-mediated effect, no significant difference bothto improve the degree of renal ischemia-reperfusion injury. |
