ObjectiveTo explore the IVF-ET FET in process of pregnancy, hormonelevel, estrogen receptor, pregnancy receptor (ER PR), and theepidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) expression, as well asendometrial morphological organization effect of embryo in the uteruswith a pre-bed membrane endometrial receptivity. Its forecast ofinfertility in patients after embryo transfer, and the relationshipbetween outcome to guide clinical work.MethodsChoose in October2010-May2011General Hospital Of JinanMilitary Command for reproductive medicine doctor do help to80cases with infertility patients as the research object, the age (23-39)years old, an average of30.41±3.92years old, infertility fixed numberof year (2-7) years, an average of4.4years.26-36periods regularcycle d.46cases of infertility, secondary causes of infertility34cases.The patient measures himself of positive urine LH6-10d day to takethe scraping the endometrial tissue, which HE dyeing and SPimmunohistochemical stains testing the lining of the ER, PR andEGFR expression level, and comprehensive dyeing strength anddyeing distribution half quantitative analysis. Among them with malefactors in6,46cases of fallopian tube factors, polycystic oary4cases,unexplained4cases into the cycle. All patients try by3months beforeany unused hormone drugs, not line of uterine cavity operation.Follow-up IVF-ET, FET end, divided into IVF-ET18cases of pregnancy, IVF-ET the pregnancy26patients group, FET pregnancy group in14cases, FET22cases of pregnancy group.Results(1) IVF-ET pregnancy group ER, PR, EGFR organization integralwere(2.17±0.73),(2.06±0.57),(1.57±0.81), the IVF-ET non-pregnancygroup organization integral (1.69±0.58),(1.54±0.64),(1.02±0.81)increased significantly, meaning there is a significantly difference (P <0.05).(2) FET pregnancy group ER, PR, EGFR organization integralwere (2.13±0.60,1.99±0.49,1.56±0.77), the group of organization ofFET non-pregnancy points (1.66±0.59,1.50±0.66,0.99±0.80)increased significantly, meaning there is a significantly difference (P <0.05).(3) IVF-ET pregnancy group ER, PR, EGFR organization integralwere (2.17±0.73,2.06±0.57(1.57±0.81), the group of organizationFET pregnancy points (2.13±0.60,1.99±0.49,1.56±0.77) there is nosignificantly difference (P>0.05).(4)IVF-ET non-pregnancy ER, PR, EGFR organization integralwere (1.69±0.58,1.54±0.64,1.02±0.81), the FET non-pregnancygroup organization integral (1.66±0.59,1.50±0.66,0.99±0.80) there isno significantly difference (P>0.05).(5)IVF-ET pregnancy group and FET pregnancy group secretoryrates were77.78%,78.57%more the IVF-ETnon-pregnancy group69.23%,68.18%of the high the FET non-pregnancy group, but eachcomparative differences between no significant (P>0.05).Conclusions(1) IVF-ET pregnancy group ER, PR, EGFR in endometrialsignificantly higher than the expression level IVF-ET not pregnancygroup. FET pregnancy group ER, PR, EGFR in endometrial expressionlevel of significantly higher than FET not pregnancy group.(2) IVF-ET pregnancy group ER, PR, EGFR in endometrial the expression level and FET pregnancy no significant differencesbetween groups, IVF-ET not pregnancy group ER, PR, EGFR inendometrial expression in the level and FET not pregnancy nosignificant differences between groups.(3) The group of pregnancy of endometrial secretory ratio higherthan not pregnancy group.(4) ER, PR, EGFR expression in endometrium abnormality affectsof endometrial receptivity, influence the outcome of embryo, predictingpregnancy success as an important indicator.
