In the recent years the miRNA is the hotspot of the bioinformatics research. The miRNAplay a critical role in the process of developing of a human disease. Disease microRNAs can beidentified by biological experiments, but there tends to be two issues. First, the biologicalexperiments is often expensive and time-consuming, second, how to find the most criticalmiRNA for the human disease. This paper presents a method of looking for the key miRNAfrom the view of the bioinformatics. This paper will also provide some guidance in thebiological experiments, and provide a basis for the drug development, clinical diagnosis andtreatment.This study consists of three parts. We collect the relationship between miRNA and thetarget genes, miRNA and the disease, key miRNA and the disease from database of miRNA andreferences. Then we get three data-sets: miR2Target, miR2Disease and keyMiR2Disease. Thispaper construct the whole miRNA bio-network from miR2Target, which is not the all but also isthe ture reflection to the all miRNA bio-network. The whole miRNA bio-network is the basisfor the next study. We use the miR2Disease to extract the disease miRNA bio-network frommentioned bio-network. We evaluate the network evolution in accordance with the data-setkeyMiR2Disease. we get the whole miRNA bio-network on the miR2Target by bipartite graph.Then we can get the disease miRNA bio-network, which come from the whole miRNAbio-network. The last step is the finding of the key miRNA for the human disease. By theevolution of the bio-network, we can get a more small disease miRNA bio-network, whichcontain most of the key miRNA for the human disease.Following the process of the study, we get the miRNA bio-network, which contains233nexus and7,066edge. In this network, there is11nexus which have no edge. And in thisnetwork the max value is60which come between hsa-mir-21and hsa-let-7a. we study thedisease Autoimmune Diseases as an example. It prove three important conclusions.
