Objective:Glandularis is a benign, but malignant tendency. The diagnosis of the disease now take for cystoscopy with biopsy, treatment in addition to giving transurethral resection treatment often given intravesical chemotherapy treatment. Taking into account the incidence of cystitis glandularis have gradually increased in recent years the trend, and are still not clear at this stage of its relationship with bladder adenocarcinoma. In this study, research inhibitor of apoptosis protein Survivin in cystitis and bladder adenocarcinoma situation, to explore cystitis and bladder cancer relationship.Materials and Methods:Largest collection from the Hospital of north of GuangXi in January1996through June2011surgery or outpatient cystoscopy drawn after31pathologically confirmed cases of bladder adenocarcinoma tissue paraffin, immunohistochemistry to determine are non-transfer of adenocarcinoma of the bladder. Including14males and17females, aged23years old to75years, mean age58.5years.31cases of tumor samples in GⅠ8cases, GⅡ10cases, GⅢ period of13cases. Randomly selected20cases of cystitis, including8males and12females, aged19-80years, mean age50.6years old. Then select the10cases of normal bladder tissue, including4males and6females,mean age46.6years old. Immunohistochemistry SP method detected the expression of Survivin. Data obtained using SPSS13.0software processing to α=0.05for the statistical test.Result:31cases of bladder cancer specimens, the expression of Survivin negative in9cases, positive in22cases, the positive rate of70.97%;20cases of cystitis glandularis negative of Survivin expression in11cases, positive in9cases, the positive expression rate of45%;10cases of normal bladder tissue Survivin expression in the mucosa were negative. Bladder cancer group and normal bladder mucosa were significantly different (P≈0,P<0.05), cystitis and normal bladder mucosa were significantly different (P=0.029,P<0.05), bladder cancer and glandular no significant difference between cystitis (X2=3.439,P>0.05). Samples of bladder cancer GⅠ, GⅡ grade group,10cases were positive,8were negative, the positive expression rate of55.6%; GⅢ grade group,12cases were positive,1case was negative, the positive expression rate of92.3%. The test between the two groups were significantly different (P=0.045<0.05).Conclusions:(1)Cystitis glandularis may be an intermediate stage of normal bladder tissue to the development of bladder cancer. However, further experiments combined with clinical follow up and large scale epidemiological surveys and other meansto prove(2)Survivin in bladder adenocarcinoma, abnormal expression of the universality of Survivin in the positive expression rates with adenocarcinoma of the bladder is closely related to biological characteristics can be considered as a sensitive indicator for early diagnosis of adenocarcinoma of the bladder.(3) Survivin has four splicing isoforms:Survivin-ΔEx3, Survivin-2B, Survivin-3B, and Survivin-2a, further studies may be considered to explore its four isomers in the case of bladder adenocarcinoma.(4) the clinical expression of Survivin by pathological examination, increased glandular cystitis patients, in addition to aggressive surgical treatment should be considered after intravesical chemotherapy treatment, close follow-up after discharge should be noted.
