Objective:According to observe and explore the effect of sinom en ine (S in) on the level of lipid metabolism, the expression of IL-6:. and sCD40L, and the pathological tissue of rabbit models with Carotid atherosclerosis (CAS), in order to expand the therapitcal and clinical space of S in.Method:48healthy white rabbits were selected and divided into6groups:blank control group, high-dose group, middle-dose group, low-dose group, control group, and model group. And to observe by detecting, concluding: weight in every week, the level of TG, TC, HDL-C, LDL-C, IL-6, and sCD40L with Elisa in15th week.Results:1. The weight of models that has negative correlation with the dosage and delivery time could be reduced by S in. The level of TC, TG, and LDL-C that have negative correlation with the dosage could be decreased;and the level of HDL-C that has positive correlation with the dosage could be increased by S in.2. The expression of IL-6and sCD40L that have negative correlation with the dosage could be decreased by S in.3. S in that has obvious effect on anti-CAS can protect carotid arterial intima significantly, and the degree of injury to carotid arterial intima has has negative correlation with the dosage.Conelusion:S in that has obvious effect on anti-CAS could protect carotid arterial intima, according to reduce weight and adjust the expression of IL-6and sCD40L to improve lipid metabolism disorder, meanwhile the effect on carotid arterial intima, weight loss, the expression of IL-6sCD40L and lipid metabolism could be more significantly by increasing the dose. Therefore, it can be concluded that the effect of S in on reducing weight and adjusting the expression of IL-6and sCD40L could improve lipid metabolism disorder and tissue of inflammatory and immune injury, which is probably the mechanism of S in on preventing and theraping AS.
