The weights of nude mice in thalidomide group were not effectedobviously, the mice independent activity is normal. Fluorouracil+Thalidomide group compared with fluorouracil group, but continuously tofluorouracil after one week, also significantly lower weight, but a set ofdetente fluorouracil.
