| Objectives: To observe the effect of ischemia-postconditioning on reperfusioninduced ventricular arrhythmias in ischemia-reperfusion rabbit hearts and studying theantiarrhythmic mechanism of postconditioning. Methods: Thirty rabbits were randomly divided into control group, ischemia groupand ischemia-postconditioning group. All rabbits’ hearts were made into ventricularwedge preparations. In control group, preparations were perfused by tyrode’s solution,in ischemia group and ischemia-postconditioning group the tyrode’s solution werestopped perfusing for45min,then in the ischemia group still reperfused tyrode’ssolution; but in the ischemia-postconditioning group got the6times experience of10seconds transient ischemia at the beginning of reperfusion.Results:①The incidences of reperfusion arrhythmia in the3groups were0/10,8/10,1/10, the arrhythmia was significantly suppressed by postconditioning (P<0.05).②The electrophysiological parameters such as TDR,QT interval were improved inischemia-postconditioning group compare with ischemia-reperfusion group(P<0.05).③Immunofluorescence result show that there are a little NP-Cx43distribute incontrol group, a certain amount of NP-Cx43distribute in ischemia-postconditioninggroup, but it is fewer compare with the ischemia-group. All the NP-Cx43centralizesin the intercalated discs of cell. Conclusion: ischemia-postconditioning prevent ventricular arrhythmia induced byischemia-reperfusion, improve the gap junction restructure may be one of theprinciples. |
