Objective To explore lumber vertebra processus, transverse processus, the highest point of processus and the root of transverse processus s anatomy position and correlation, as well as to prvide imaging anatomy materials for the pain in the waist and back and the position of anesthesia. Methods According to the requirement of the experiment, choosing30adult patients as subjects, thin line of multi-slice spiral CT scans (scope:T12-S1) and Mimics soft wares, inputing the original data to reconstruct software to measure relative variables and preform statistical analysis. Results There is no stastistical difference between the gender and the difference between left and right side (P>0.05), according to comprehensive data, L1L5transverse processus, the length, thickness and height of processus, the lateral distance and the depth of the root of transverse processus have significant changing pattern. Conclusion Three-dimensional reconstruction measurement can reflect the structure of lumber vertebra and its changing pattern, as well as provide theoritical foundation for the position of performing anesthesia, the diagnosis and treatment of the pain of waist and back, at the same time, it can provide morphgeny for inner fixed instrument.
