Study On The Expression Of Cancer Stem Cell Related Factors In Rat Glioma

Objective:To investigate the expression and distribution of cancer stem cells relatedcytokines in the rat glioma modelMethods:Cultured C6cells line in vitro.Built up rat glioma model with the help ofstereotactic-machie.In the first21days of the inoculation of C6cells,the samples asrequired from the central area to the junction area and the periphery area(from the junctionof1mm)stratified sampling.Use the real-time fluorescent quantitative PCR method to detectthe cancer stem cells related cytokines expression and distribution in rat glioma tissues atdifferent levels.Results:The cancer stem cells related cytokines expression from the tumor central area tothe junction area and the periphery area(from the junction of1mm)was incremental（P＜0.05）in the model of rat glioma.Conclusion: The distribution of cancer stem cells in the tumor gradually increased from thecenter area to the junction area and the periphery area。The results could help laid thefoundation for targeted therapy of cancer stem cells of glioma.
