Recently radiotherapy technologies develop and vary increasingly. Moreover allthese technologies have to depend on the treating planning system for dosemetry. Theaccuracy and deviation in treating planning system will directly influence the accuracyin clinic application, which will straightly affect the control rate of tumor patients.Therefore, the accurate evaluation of dosimeter in treating planning is of greatimportance.This paper is to analyze comprehensively the dosimeter and deviation inradiotherapy treatment planning system and test the accuracy of the results bymeasuring. First, through the variation of planning computation conditions in the sameaccelerator model, the existing problems can be found, as well as the possible solutions.The study indicates that it has errors on the density in Pinnacle treating system, and tochange the grid will bring considerable deviation to the surface dose, this affect to clinictreating can be narrowed by keeping away from the important organs in the surface.Comparing the doses of some beams in treating planning system and the dosesmeasured, the author finds that the clinic treating planning system can be improved insome aspects, and the deviation can be smaller. Therefore it is essential to set acomplete series of checking criterions for physicians to ensure the accuracy in clinictreating.
