Clinical Study Treating Is Chemic Stroke With Movement Functional Problems With Combination Of Rehabilitation And Zhongfeng No.Ⅱ

Objective:The study recovers clinical curative effective of combination Zhongfeng No.Hand rehabilitation therapy on the movement functional of ischemic stroke patientsMethods:The patients meet eligibility criteria used the randomized methods who were classified into:the treatment group (stroke Ⅱ a+rehabilitation therapy group) and the control group (placebo+rehabilitation therapy group), subjects of two groups are from fujian university of traditional Chinese medicine stroke rehabilitation department by the implematation clinical treatment and observation for4weeks. Two groups of patients were used the comprehensive rehabilitation and foundational treatment. The treatment group with "stroke Ⅱ" and the control group with chinese medicine placebo, the drug were fed orally or nasally. Before treatment and after four weekend each of them respectively has assessments of the clinical curative effect of TCM syndrome,neural function defect scale,Fugl-Meyer movement function score (FMA),daily living skills index (Barthel index BI) test.When clinical data collection was completed,I had used of statistical with SPSS17.0software processing comparative analysis..The following statistical methods of the date were adapted: measurement data were analysed with test (necessarily rank sum test) Grade data were analysed with rank sum test while enumeration data were analysed with Chi-square test (exaetprobabilities)=0.05.Results:①The clinical curative effect of TCM syndrome in treated group were better than in control group (P<0.01);②The change of neural function defect scale between before and after treatment were significant difference in each group (P<0.01),but the improvement in treated group were more obvious than that in control group (P<0.05) ③The change of the motor function scale (Fugl-Meyer) between before and after treatment were significant difference in each group (P<0.01).but the improvement in treated group were more obvious than that in control group (P<0.05);④The change of activities of daily living between before and after treatment were significant difference in each group (P<0.01),but the improvement in treated group were more obvious than that in control group (P<0.05)Conclusions:the results suggested that Zhongfeng No Ⅱ combined with rehabilitation group was superior to placebo group, the treatment of after ischemic stroke,the clinical curative effect of TCM syndrome,aneural function defect scale, patients’limb function,activities of daily living.have marked improvement with clinical significance.
