The Clinical Efficacy Of Th Weikang Mixture Combine With Acupuncture In The Abdominal Treatment Of Peptic Ulcer (Cold And Heat Mixed Certificate)

Objective:To seek a way to improve the TCM symptoms,improve the cure rate,prominent characteristic of TCM combination therapy to provide an objective basis through the combination of Weikang mixture and acupunture in abdominal treatment of peptic ulcer.Methods:From February2011to December2011,60cases,from TCM and the Spleen and Stomach diseases department of the People’s Affiliated Hospital of Fujian University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, are orderd in the sequence and is divided into even and odd numbers at the ratio1:1.Those cases belonging to the even numbers are divided into the treatment group and the odd numbers the control group. As the research going on,2cases were lost, five cases were excluded, three cases withdrew,finally,the treatment group has26cases,the control group has24cases. treatment group were given to Weikang mixture+acupunture,control group were givrn to omeprazole during a month.And survey from to rate the clinical symptoms of the two groups of patients in various stages before and after treatment,respectively,SPSS16.0statistical package on the score results to establish a database for statistical analasis.Results:a.treatment group total effective rate was88.46%,control group,the total effective rate was41.7%.treatment group,clinical cure rates are better than the control grpup(P<0.05).b.The treatmentgroup improved significantly in patients with TCM symptoms,before and after treatment,the other syndrome score had no significant difference(P>0.05)Conclusion:the Weikang mixture combined with the needle in the abdominal cavity can significantly improve patients’TCM symptoms,mainly through the overall regulation in patients with five internal organs,blood,semen,regulating yin and yang,dredge the meridians,replenishing qi and blood,thereby enhancing the efficacy of disease and improve more.
