Part1The experimental study of guilu erxian jiao’s effects on the treatment of bone defect with heterogeneous deprotein boneObjective:Make the model of citically sized segmental defects; then do the implant of heterogeneous deprotein bone; after the operation, oral guilu erxian jiao; by observing various indicators, exploring guilu erxian jiao’s effects on the treatment of bone defect with heterogeneous deprotein bone.Methods:Pick up57pcs New Zealand rabbits; remove15mm left radius bone (periosteum included) by fretsaw; make the model of citically sized segmental defects. It divides into four groups by random:A group (implant heterogeneous deprotein bone+oral guilu erxian jiao, n=18); B group (implant heterogeneous deprotein bone, n=18); C group (oral guilu erxian jiao, n=18); D group (neither implanting heterogeneous deprotein bone or oraling guilu erxian jiao, n=3).(1) In the week4,8and12after operation, four groups all do X-ray films of left radius bone, a score is made for A、B、C groups according to the standards of Lane-Sandhu X films evaluation, observed bone defect level.(2) After week4,8and12, A、B、C groups put6pcs rabbits to death separately, but D groups put1pcs rabbits to death separately.①After week4,8and12, animals were sacrificed immediately after the observation of the gross specimen.②After week4,8and12, A、B groups’specimen are done the test of biodynamics, in order to test its strength of resistance to axial compression.③After week4,8and12, testing the bone mineral density on the area of the implant of A and B groups, for observing the figure of bone density.④After week4,8and12, make the section for A、B groups’specimen, then do HE staining and Masson staining, observing the formation of bone and collagen fiber organization, all figures are subject to SPSS16.0statistic vision.Results:(1) X-ray films shows as follows, After week4,8and12, for rabbit’s bone formation, A group is better than B groups’at any times; and for resolution of fracture lines, B group is more clear than A group; There is still bone defect for C and D groups, nothing bone bridge created.(2) After week4,8and12postoperative, four groups specimens generally observe the results:A, B groups of implanted materials with autogenous bone gradually healing; C, D, two sets of bone defects is still clearly visible, and no healing signs.(3) After week4,8and12, the biodynamics test for A and B groups’specimen, its results as below, A group’s strength of resistance to axial compression is obviously better than B group’s (P<0.05).(4) After week4,8and12, bone mineral density for A and B group’s as follows, A group’s figure is much higher than B group’s(P<0.05).(5) At any times, After week4,8and12, A group is much better than B group in the formation of new bone and collagen fiber organization.Conclusion:Guilu erxian jiao definitely enhances the heterogeneous deprotein bone healing bone defect, improve the bone repairing, especially it makes a remarkable function on the strength of implanted bone.Part2The clinical observations of guilu erxian jiao’s effects on the treatment of comminuted femoral fracture with heterogeneous deprotein boneObjective:Lay a foundation for guilu erxian jiao’application in the clinic, by observing its effects on the treatment of comminuted femoral fracture with heterogeneous deprotein bone.Methods:Pick up40people from PLA of175hospital during the period July2010to Nov2011. They are created into A group (only implant heterogeneous deprotein bone, n=20) and B group (implant heterogeneous deprotein bone+oral guilu erxian jiao, n=20) by order, who are all closed fracture, and taken the operation of plate and screw fixation or closed reduction and intramedullary nail fixation by the same surgeon. A group’s patients don’t take guilu erxian jiao after operation. B group’s patients start to take guilu erxian jiao in the first day after operation,150ml one time and twice per day, in half an hour after breakfast and supper, and it runs6weeks continually and just be observed the reaction and healing of tresis vulnus and do the evaluation of visal analogue scale and X-ray films, which are analyzed by SPSS16.0statistic vision and thought as significance if there is P<0.05.Results:All patients are followed up after operation, and compared the reaction and healing of tresis vulnus between two groups, which is insignificance in statistic, P>0.05. After week4,8,12, as for pain evaluation, A group’s score is higher than B group, P<0.05. After week4,8,12, regarding to the X-ray films evaluation, B group is better than A group in bone healing, P<0.05.Conclusion:Guilu erxian jiao can relieve pain after operation, increase the callus volume and enhance the bone healing.
