Study On Chemical Constituents Of Arctium Lappa L

Arctium lappa L.is a perennial herb,one of Arctium,compositae.Ventilating the lung andfacilitating eruption,and remove toxic materials and relieve pyogenic infection of the skinetc.It is distributed all over our country. Many studies about seeds of Arctium lappa L.,chemical consituents of bracts of Arctium lappa L. were insufficient.this thesis studied the chemical consituents of seeds and bracts of Arctium lappa L. Theseeds and bracts of this plant were extracted with95﹪ethanol at room temperature. Theextract was concentrated in vacuum and the resultant dark brown syrup was dissolved inredistilled water, and extracted with the petroleum ether, ethyl acetate, butyl alcohol to theextraction to get several kinds of distilled matter. And each of them weight for3.10%and2.80%、0.74%and0.54%、6.48%and0.24%of gross weight of seeds and bracts.Twenty-three kinds of monomeric compounds had been obtained by silica gel columnchromatography, thin layer chromatography，HPLC and recrystallization etc. The structuresof twenty-three compounds were elucidated on the basis of1H NMR，13C NMR. They wereidentified as linoleic acid triglycerides, arctigenin, diisobutyl phthalate, lappol C, arctiin,linoleic acid ethyl ester, methyl isobutyl ketone, daucosterol, glyceryl stearate,9,12,15-18-carbon three one acid, hexacosanic acid, sitosterin, lauric acid, linoleic acidglyceride Ⅰ,octadecadienoic acid, ethyl leate, benzoin aldehyde, eighteen silane acid,9-18ene acid ethyl ester,benzaldehyde,Are18silane acid,pinoresinold,lappol F, double hydrogenburdock,stearyl alcohol，heptadecane.Seven compounds were isolated from bracts of Arctiumlappa L..for the first time.Fourteen compounds were isolated from seeds of Arctium lappaL..for the first time.
