Objective:1、To review the experiences of radical correction of Tetralogy of Fallot(TOF) in infants;2、Investigate the postoperative prognosis associated with timing,mode,approaches,risk factors and to select reasonable surgery therapy.Methods: BetweenOct.2009and Jan.2012,61children underwent radical correction of TOF.The median agewas17.2months and weight was10.7kg.17cases have repeatedly hypoxia,part patients,sy-mptom graveness.Preoperative heart on the basis of clinical manifestation,Sternum,electr-ocardiogram and ultrasonic cardiography.61patients cured,90%of the first rightventricular septal defect repair,48cases received enlargement procedures of right ventricu-lar outflow tract(RVOT)across the pulmonary valve ring,mean bypass time82.2min. Eachfactor, which may have effect on postoperative death of the patients, were tested by binarylogistic regression.And then, a multivariate binary stepwise backward (wald) logistic.Res-ults:There were52operative Survivors,postoperative ventilator support13.4hours,Inten-sive Care Therapy54.0hours,Continuous cardiac dysfunction and liver damage,acuterenal failuredoraemon severe complication such as3cases were cured,or better handle.2died after one-stage radical surgery,the part with14.7(9/61)percent of mortality.Follow-up of3months,no long-term death.50cases of sinus rhythm,no serious cardiac arrhythmia,1atrioventricular separation,the heart can not do well maintained and further Processing.No one have ventricular outflow tract obstruction.3cases have the medium tricuspidregurgitation.CPB time and the Nakata index were statistically significant on the earlydeath of TOF after surgical treatment (P<0.05).Conclusion:Infant stage can obtainsatisfactory results cured issue.Nakata index≤140mm2/m2or cardiopulmonary bypasstime≥90min are factors influence early death of TOF radical mastectomy.Eradicativeresection of pulmonary artery and tricuspid regurgitation have long-term damage,especial-ly the cross pulmonary valve,ring patch is worthy of further attention.
