Objective: To investigate clinical parameters and pregnancy outcome in patients whopreviously underwent laparoscopic cystectomy for endometriomas during IVF, and whowere infertility with cystectomy for endometriomas during IVF. Methods: A retrospectiveanalysis of the First Affiliated Hospital of xinjiang Medical University Center forReproductive1999.1-2011.10months the first time IVF-ET patients, with infertilitytreatment line of IVF-ET ovarian chocolate cysts in94patients, including IVF treatment,laparoscopic cystetomy for ovarian chocolate43cases of patients did not underwent atotal of51cases of patients with laparoscopic cystectomy for ovarian chocolate; randomlyselected from the same period because of tubal infertility patients, a total of208cases;comparison of laparoscopic ovarian chocolate cystectomyovarian chocolate cystsinfertility, IVF-ET treatment in patients with pregnancy outcome and ovarian reservefunction; ovarian chocolate cysts infertility in patients with clinically relevant parametersand pregnancy outcome in IVF. Results: Laparoscopic ovarian chocolate cyst strippingsurgery patients undergoing IVF with the control group compared to the clinicalpregnancy rate was no significant difference(P>0.05), chocolate cystectomy group thebasis of elevated FSH of Gn increased use of oocytes reduce the number of statisticallysignificant(P<0.05), ovarian chocolate cysts infertility patients with the control group, nosignificant difference in clinical pregnancy rate(P>0.05), the basis of FSH, the basis ofE2, Gn days, Gn dosage, number of oocytes retrieved, number of embryos there was nosignificant statistical difference (P>0.05). Conclusion: After ovarian chocolate cystsinfertility underwent laparoscopic cyst stripping did not improve the clinical pregnancyrate of IVF, but may affect the function of ovarian reserve and response to Gn, andincrease patients with ovarian chocolate cysts infertility does not affect the clinicalpregnancy rate of IVF.
