Objective: In creation of the femoral artery by rat hepatic artery intubation, into theway clear liver bubbly ratchet You blood supply source and ball size lesions, on the basisof the analysis and comparison of liver artery perfusion of nano was o benzenemicrospheres treatment rat liver disease and the ball You vacuolated oral, vein to theeffect of medicine way. Methods:170female healthy wistar rat (weight280±18g), Bultrasound-guided percutaneous transhepatic injection hepatic alveolar hydatidprotoscolex intrahepatic in animal models. Point after inoculation caged for six months, the B ultrasound screening. The negative of30rats uesd of catheterization of hepaticartery via femoral artery research. Positive of30in130rats, DSA hepatic artery, portalvein angiogarms were performed, in oeder to clear relationship between blood form andlesion size. Remaining100rats randomly divided into hepatic artery infusion group, veininjection group, oral route group and control group blank. In addition to the control groupnot intervene the blank, Surplus groups via the hepatic artery, vena caudalis, oral routewere performed with infusion albendazole microspheres. Each group after the last dose0.5,1,2,5,12,24,48hours blood, high performance liquid chromatography wasperformed. After the end of each treatment42days, death the rats, take the liver tissueand the lesion, Pathological and ultrastructural structure examination. Results:(1)30in26rats were cannula successfully, the success rate of86.67%.(2) The lesions withdiameter≤3mm were supplied by portal vein. The lesions with diameter of3~8mmwere fed by both portal vein and hepatic artery, and lesions with diameter>8mm weresupplied by hepatic artery.(3) Degeneration was the main change in the oral andintravenous groups;the main pathological characteristics of the hepatic artery infusiongroup was necrosis;the most of the lesions were not changed after the procedure in the control group. Differences were significant between the hepatic artery infusion and oral, intravenous groups (P=0.01, P=0.01). No statistically significant difference was detectedbetween oral and intravenous groups (P=0.0375). Conclusion:(1) Through the femoralartery into the hepatic arter path is simple, high success rate, can be increased in rat’shepatic alveolar echinococcosis by hepatic arterial infusion therapy study the reliablilityand accuracy.(2) The blood supply of rat’s echinococcos multilocularis is from portalvein and (or) hepatic artery, highly correlated with lesions’ diameter.(3) hepatic arteryinfusion with albendazole microspheres has beter effect than via oral and vien, while lessliver damage, was an effective method of treatment.
