Correlation Between VEGF、HER-2、EGFRmRNA Expression And Clinicopahtological Features Of Esophageal Squamous Cell Carcinoma With Different Ethnic Groups In Xin Jiang

Objective: To study the expression of VEGF, HER-2, EGFR mRNA in esophagealsquamous cell carcinoma (ESCC) and its correlation with clinicopahtological features inHan, Uygur and Kazakh patients. Methods: The expression of VEGF, HER-2,EGFRmRNA in60cases of ESCC and30cases of the adjacent esophageal tissues wasdeteted by Real-time fluorescence quantitative polymerase Chain Reaction (RT-PCR).And analyse its correlation with clinicopatholoical features. Results:1VEGF, HER2,EGFRmRNA expression have no differences in the adjacent esophageal tissues(P＞0.05);2The expression of VEGF、HER-2、EGFRmRNA in ESCC were higher than that inadjacent esophageal tissues (P＜0.05);3The expression of VEGF、HER-2mRNA in Hanpopulation were obviously higher than Uygur and Kazakh patients (P＜0.05);4Theexpression of VEGF、HER2、EGFR mRNA in lymph node metastases were higher thanwithout lymph node metastases(P＜0.05);5The expression level of HER-2mRNA wascorrelated with tumor differentiation; the early of pathologic degree the higher of theexpression in HER-2mRNA (P＜0.05); Conclusion:1The expression of VEGF, HER-2mRNA were different in Uyger, Han and Kazakh patients in Xinjiang;2The expression ofVEGF, HER-2, EGFRmRNA were related to the development and progression of ESCC;And those may be judge prognosis, screening high-risk transfer esophageal patients haveclinical significance...
