Methods:Use The drug addicts survival qualityscale QOL-DA, to assay drug addicts’ quality of life. To investigate drug addicts’ generalcondition, drug rehabilitation situation and relevant factors with quality of life. Use t testto compare two groups’ drug addicts’ quality of life. Use and linear regressions to discusstwo groups of drug addicts’ factors influencing the quality of life. Results: Methadoneclinic’s score is totality higher than Compulsory rehabilitation group, the maindifferences embodied in PH and SO dimension and the total score. There is no obviousdifference between PS and ST. Methadone group of drug addicts’ quality of life singleinfluence factor of analysis results are: gender, age, and education level, poison age4factors. Multifactor analyses are: education level, poison age2factors have significantinfluence. Compulsory drug users’ life quality single influence factor analysis results are:gender, age, educational level, marital status, poison age, rehabilitation history.Multifactor analyses results are: poison age has significant influence. Conclusion:Theultimate goal of two drug treatment group is to help drug addicts to kick the habit andreturn to society. Whether MMT or Mandatory group need to strength psychologicalcounseling, behavior modification, take good psychological with eliminate somaticsymptoms. Compulsory drug addiction rehabilitation should strengthen grouppsychological counseling, behavior modification; eliminate somatic symptoms at thesame time, to improve drug addicts’ anxiety, depression, and irritability mental state, togive necessary skills training, to lay the foundation for drug addicts return to society. Inaddition, to conduct a wide range of social advocacy. To make family and the communitycare and help drug addicts, to accept successful drug addicts, in order to improve thepsychological states, confidence and ability to adapt to society, and to reduce relapse rate after drug addicts return. |
