Objective: explore the risk factores, expression and clinical significance ofchemotactic factors CCR5receptors of Xeroma patients conjunctiva epithelium ofUyghur, han nationality in Xinjiang. Methods: Sending questionnaires to thepatients(refractive error, retina disease, the healthy check-up) in the Outpatient of thefirst affiliated hospital of Xinjiang medical university in May2010-August2010.Applying specific check of voluntary accept and cooperate in the investigationofXeroma patients (BUT FL Schimier1MGD) after founding xeromasymptoms.checking out patients with dry eye symptoms preliminary.elect sixtyuygur, han nationality dry eye syndrome samples totally.(120eyes) and elect sixtynon-dry eye syndrome samples ofuygur, han nationality control groups of(120eyes).Analysising object by logistic regression analysis.obtain the conjunctivalepithelial cells between dry eye syndrome and non-dry eye syndrome samples byimproved Mark Cytology methods, and then immerse them into the centrifugal tuberespectively and detect the expression of chemotactic factors CCR5between dry eyesyndrome and non-dry eye syndrome samples by Immunohisto-chemical methods. Results:There is a statical significance in age, gender, occupation, education and MDG.Pearson related analysis suggest that expression percentage of chemotactic factors CCR5receptors in dry eye syndrome samples is negatively correlated with Schii1nerI test andBUT;however it is positively related with corneal fluorescence staining. The result of Ihcshowthat Uyghur、han′s expression percentage of chemotactic factors CCR5receptorsin dry eye syndrome samples is more obvious than those of Uyghur、han nationality ofxeroma and control groups in non-dry eye syndrome ones(P<0.05). There is a statisticalsignificance in expression percentage of chemotactic factors CCR5receptors of Uyghur、 han.Factorial design show that there is a interaction between nations and Xeroma group. Conclusion: Age,gender, occupation, education and MDG may be the risk factors ofXeroma. Expression percentage of chemotactic factors CCR5is positively related withXerome.Ethnic difference may be one of the factors that influence of Xeroma. |
