| Objective: To investigate the effect of clinical nursing path (CNP) on hepatic cysticechinococcosis patients, and establish the best nursing mode for them.Methods:Using therandom grouping method,80patients who met the inclusion criteria were divided intoexperimental group and control group. The experimental group received the nursing modeof clinical nursing path,while the control group using the current mode. Using theevaluation of patients with length of stay, hospital costs, health knowledge, patientsatisfaction, quality of medical and nursing services, complication and variation ofindicators, to measure the influence of the clinical nursing path on length of hospital stay,cost of hospitalization and nursing quality. The implementation of clinical nursing path isdivided into five stages, named the preparation stage, developing stage, the path trainingstage, implementation stage and the evaluation of the effects of phase path.Results:Underthe same general information of the experimental group patients and control patients, themean length of hospital stay and the average cost of hospitalization in the experimentalgroup’s patients were significantly lower than in the control group(P<0.05),and thepatient’s health knowledge, patient’s satisfaction, quality of medical care services werebetter than the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:(1)The working mode of clinicalnursing path optimized the the length of hospital stay and hospital costs and reduced theaverage length of stay and hospitalization costs and reached the rational using of themedical resources.(2)The nursing staff can ensure that every link of the health educationimplemented and effectively by the clinical nursing pathway. To guarantee the liver cysticechinococcosis patients’ health education comprehensive and effective, and improved thepatients’ knowledge on health;(3)Through the implementation of clinical nursing pathand the released of patients’ version to the patients, the patients have a deeperunderstanding on the inspection, diagnosis and treatment, nursing operation purpose and significance and the preoperative and postoperative matters needing attention duringhospitalization. And reduced the misunderstanding in the nursing treatment between thenurses and the patients. Conducive to establishing harmonious nurse-patient relationship.So as to improve patients’ satisfaction with nursing service;(4)The results show that, usingclinical nursing pathway program for nursing work can cause the nursing work planed,purposed, foresightly, and improved the nurses’ initiative, and the medical care servicequality were improved. |
