We have researched on extraction, Purification and Pharmacological activity about this technology for system test. Finally, we determined the process for industrial production of Mulberry Seed extraction and Purification and Pharmacological activity.Firstly we have established a rapid and simple method of the crude extract of Fat, total alkaloids (DNJ), total flavone, total polysaccharides, compared different extraction methods and determined the process for industrial production of steioside extraction and isolation. On this basis, through macroporous resin-polyamide resin used in combination, we have determined the total flavone has good adsorption resin and its separation process. Furthermore, through alcohol precipitation and removing protein, dialysis, we have determined the total polysaccharide enrichment technology. Next, through the removal of protein,50%alcohol precipitation impurity, n-butanol,we determined the alkaloid enrichment technology. Finally, through a single effective part and effective parts of compatibility Compatibility, We have determined the most effective hypoglycemic component.The results show that Mulberry seed in the site already extraction process of the total flavonoids extraction, purity of about52.3%, total polysaccharides was64.4%, the purity of35.6%total alkaloids, pharmacological validation, alkaloids and polysaccharides have excellent hypoglycemic activity, This technology provides some evidence for mulberry seed capsule development and health food development.
