Objective:Explore the vertebral compression fracture with one of the adjacentvertebral hemangioma treatment and clinical research. Methods: By retrospective analysis of clinical data and follow-up data of18cases ofosteoporotic vertebral compression fracture with adjacent vertebral hemangioma patients, including eight cases of vertebroplasty(PVP),while giving the treatment of compressionfractures of vertebral bodies and adjacent vesselstumor10cases of the vertebral body, simply to give the treatment of compression fractures of vertebral bodies, combined withliterature data, analyze and summarize the clinical characteristics and treatmentprinciples, to the VAS score,one(18months)follow-up the evaluation of the efficacy ofpercutaneous vertebroplasty surgery(percutaneous vertebroplasty, PVP), a clinicalefficacy of vertebral compression fracture combined with the adjacent vertebralhemangioma.Results:1.Of this study18patients have varying degrees of low back pain history, with an average of14.8months;are fractures within3days of treatment, hospitalization, vertebral fractures are more concentrated in the thoracolumbar and are accompanied byadjacent vertebral bodies1~3vertebral hemangioma.2.8cases of vertebroplasty(PVP),while giving the treatment of patients with compression fractures of vertebral bodies andadjacent hemangioma vertebral body, except one cases of vertebral fractures occurred aslight leakage of bone cement;other successful surgery, VAS scores improved frompreoperative8.38±0.68down to postoperative1.9±0.32, statisticallysignificant(P<0.05);a follow-up observation (18)are complicated by fresh fractures,VAS score decreased to0.9±0.18, with significant clinical significance(P<0.05).10cases ofpure PVP treatment of patients with compression fractures of vertebral surgery wassuccessful in all, the VAS score improved from an average of8.40±0.48decreased to2.2±0.51points after a clinically significant(P<0.05);a follow-up there are three cases ofconcurrent new fracture, the VAS score was2.78±0.17,compared with the control groupwere significantly different(P<0.05),clinical results are not satisfactory. Conclusion: Combination of the present study of this disease, this paper considers thevertebral angioplasty in the treatment of osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures asignificant effect, but will also impact on the biomechanics of the adjacent vertebralbodies, increasing the potential to nearbyvertebrae complicated by the risk of new fractures.Vertebral compression fracture associated with the disease of the adjacent vertebralhemangioma,a(18)treated by vertebroplasty(PVP),with satisfactory clinical results, whichcan effectively alleviate the clinical symptoms and prevention of new fractures. The risk ofosteoporotic vertebral compression fracture patients, the line of surgery, postoperativerehabilitation is essential, balanced nutrition can help improve patients’ overall physicalquality.
