Objective Through the study of the Ming and Qing Dynasties idiopathicthrombocytopenic purpura (ITP) of the drug laws related in medical records, To clear themedicine to the ITP dialectical treatment rules and treatment methods during the Ming andQing Dynasties, in order to provide literature reference for Chinese Medicine Clinicaltreatment of ITP, and improve curative effect of the modern traditional Chinese medicine inthe treatment of ITP.Methods Using the upgrade version encyclopedia of TCM for database, and using"BiNv","chinv" and "faban""zidian" etal TCM disease name as the key words, retrievalthe medical treatises recording Dynasties case of Ming and Qingdynasties.Arrangementing the drugs that in the Medical records,creating database,and doingdescriptive analysis and cluster analysis,to get the the pathogenesis and treatment of ITP thatThe Ming and Qing Dynasties doctors thought of.Results (1) Retrievaling accord to the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria,andbeing a total of157cases Medical records. Antipyretic, tonic medicine, eliminatingdampness through diuresis medicine, eliminating phlegm and stopping cough medicine,hemostatic, diaphoretic, Pinggan Xifeng medicine, regulating qi, activating bloodcirculation to dissipate blood stasis tranquilizing drugs,etal10kinds drugs are the maindrugs in the drugs that the Ming and Qing doctors Dynasties ITP.(2) Cold drug in all drugoccupied the main position, accounting for92.1%, cold medication frequency is28.65times the frequency of the hyperthermic drugs (3) To the five main and collateral channelsin main and collateral channels occupied the main position, accounting for89.77%, amongthem taste, heart, lungs main and collateral channels by70.19%.Conclusion Based on studying of Ming-Qing records to characterize medication,inference to the understanding of ITP that the Ming and qing doctors thought are as following, the pathogenesis of ITP is six exogenous evils,or the firey increased,orhyperactivity of fire due to yin deficiency by blood folly; the fiery evil is the main in thesix evils, and heart-fire hyperactivity is the main in visceral fiery excessive.On thetreatment, not only ispel evil but assist the justice, dispelling wind-heat, clearing away heatand cooling blood, tonifying spleen, nourishing Yin are the main treatment methods,andcombined with water dampness, promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasismethods. Ming and Qing doctors treating ITP hemostatic drugs and kidney tonifying druguse less,it may be influenced by the historical condition at that time and forpharmacological research limited.
