Objective: To explore realgar nano on human lung adenocarcinoma A549cell line ofvascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) and hypoxia-inducible factor (HIF-1)expression and its anti-angiogenic mechanism.Methods: Using cell culture methods, the use of immunohistochemical methods,RT-PCR technique to observe realgar nano on human lung cancer A549cells of VEGF,HIF-1expression, and thus explore the nanometer realgar anti-angiogenic mechanism ofaction.Results: The experimental study confirmed that realgar nano can inhibit theproliferation of human lung cancer A549cells with increased drug concentration, theenhanced role of cisplatin synergy, initially revealed nanometer realgar anti-angiogenicmechanism may be downward adjustment of VEGF, HIF-1expression.Conclusion:Realgar nano through the inhibition of tumor cell angiogenesis pathwayto achieve anti-tumor effect of the synergistic effect in combination with cisplatin. |
