Clinical Study On Intervention And Treatment Of Qi-deifciency Blood-stasis Syndrome In Pulmonary Hypertension By Lifeiyiqitang

Objective: To investigate the symptom modifying and ultrasonic change ofQi-deficiency-blood-stasis syndrome in pulmonary hypertension by Lifeiyiqitang Bydetecting the indexes that the patients cured the front and back, such as clinical symptomscores, PASP and cardiac function, to explore its c1inical value. Methods:56patientsdiagnosed Qi-deficiency-blood-stasis syndrome in pulmonary hypertension were randomlyclassified into two groups.28patients were treated with Sildenafil and Lifeiyiqitang intreated group,others were treated with Sildenafil in control group.All of the groups weretreated four12weeks as a course,taken for1courses. Results: Treatment group couldimprove the patients’ clinical symptoms and signs, and the effects were better than controlgroup (p<0.05).In the sides of improvement of echocardiography，exercise tolerance，cardiac function and so on，the effects of treatment group were better than control group(P<0.05). And that there had been no adverse reaction in the course of treatment.Conclusion:Clinical observation had proved Yifeiling granules can significantly improvethe patient’s clinical symptoms,echocardiography，exercise tolerance，cardiac function.It isan effective prevention and treatment of Qi-deficiency-blood-stasis syndrome inpulmonary hypertension. It is worth studying deeply and developing further.
