The Study On TCM Characteirstics Of CKD Hyper Lipidemia Syndromes

Objective:To study the Chronic kidney disease(CKD) Tall lipmia characterisrics oftraditional Chinese medical syndrome, for providing scientific basis of Chinese medicineclinical treatment of CKD hyperlipidemia, and delaying the development of chronic kidneydisease.Methods: To collect general material of100cases of patients with CKDhyperlipidemia by the way of clinical questionnaire investigation and retrospectiveinvestigation, with clustering analysis method to material analysis, to study thecharacteristics of traditional Chinese medical syndrome about CKD hyperlipidemia.Results:This study selected100patients with CKD hyperlipidemia, with clusteringanalysis to get the results which showing that the highest frequency of symptoms forlanguid (84%), and the frequency of the larger for lumbar debility (73%),edema (64%),abdominal distension (62%), shortness of breath and lazy to talk(61%), loss of appetiteand anorexia (59%), clear and long Nocturiation(47%), the mouth sobs dry(43%).Withsymptoms and signs as variables, by clustering analysis, CKD hyperlipidemia can becatagoried for5composite kinds respectively as follows: spleen and kidney Qideficiency with turbidity and blood stasis mutual (31%)liver and kidney Yin deficiencywith damp and hot card (26%), spleen and kidney Yang deficiency with turbidity stasismutual (18%), both Qi and Yin deficiency with turbidity and blood stasis mutual (15%),both Yin and Yang deficiency with turbidity stasis mutual (10%).Conclusion: The results of this research show that TCM syndrome type characteristicof CKD hyperlipidemia is the empty mark real, and the actual situation is mixture with givingpriority to empty. The disease location of CKD hyperlipidemia is both spleen andkidney.The disease cause is due to giving priority to Qi deficiency, with Yin and Yangdeficiency concurrently at the same time, while the sign reality includes wet turbidity、blood stasis、damp and hot, with the latter as primarily.
