The Clinical Research For Systematical Using The Locking Compression Plate To Treat The Fracture Of Proximal Of Humeral Shaft

Objective:To investigate the curative effect for the PHILOS and functional exerciseused to treat the fracture of proximal of humeral shaft.Method:Collection the patients who have fracture of proximal of humeral shaft(two,three, four-part fractures) and received to the affiliated hospital of Shandong Universityof Traditional Chinese Medicine in the last two years (from February,2010toFebruary,2012).And the AO locking compression plate were used in the treatment of thesepatients.Then all these patients used the way that require early、single-arm and advancegradually span to training after operation. Postoperative investigation was made in the wayof clinic, telephone, mail, etc.All cases were follow-up for6months, and the results of theshoulder joint function were assessed in accordance with the international NEER score.Result:At the end of the6month,all the36patients were used the NEER score toassess shoulder,s function.There are17excellent individual，16favorable individual，2no-satisfied individual and only one failed instance. The rate of fine result is91.67％.Conclusion: On the basis of the strict control of the surgical indications andscientific, accurate operation for using AO locking compression plate to treat the fractureof proximal of humeral shaft,and using the way that training shoulder line early,single-arm,and advance gradually span is an effective treatment method.
