The Research Of SF-36of The Quality Of Life In HMG Patients, Diagnosed Phlegm And Blood Stasis.Treated With Kaivu Sanjie Soluble Granules

Objective: Observing the clinical effect of kaiyu sanjie soluble granules in quality oflife of patients with hyperplasia of mammary glands,diagnosed phlegm and blood stasis,toreserch the reliability and scientific of SF-36in the evaluation of the clinical efficacy ofbreast hyperplasia,and to apply ideas and methods for the establishment of quality of lifeappropriate to hyperplasia of mammary glands.Methods:360patients who suffering from hyperplasia of mammary glands withphlegm and blood stasis， accompanied by Liver depression with Qi stagnation、insufficiency of the spleen with overabundance of dampness、disharmony of thoroughfareand Ren channels，were divided randomly into therapeutic group and controlled group atthe rate of2to1with double-blind. The patients fill in SF-36questionnaire according tothe first feel at the time of the first view,4weeks,8weeks,and8weeks after treating. Thencompare the changes of quality of life in two groups and within-group before and aftertreatme.Result:1.Total efficacy score of the quality of life：Overrall,Two groups of patientsshow no statistically significant difference (P>0.05).2.For paitients accompanied by Liverdepression with Qi stagnation:4weeks after treatment and8weeks after the study, thetreatment group shows a statistically significant difference in management function andbodily pain compared with the controlled group (P<0.05);for the treatment group,comparedwith the statment before treatment there is a statistically significant difference in all aspectsexcept the overall health(P<0.05).3.For paitients accompanied by insufficiency of thespleen with overabundance of dampness and disharmony of thoroughfare and Ren channels:after treatment,there is no statistically significant difference between thetreatment and controlled group(P>0.05);for the treatment group,compared with thestatment before treatment there is statistically significant difference in some aspects ofSF-36(P<0.05),and difference of some aspects can lasts to8weeks after the study.4.For thecontrolled group,compared with the status before treatment,there is also some improvmentsin different aspects of quality of life and some can last to8weeks after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion: Kaiyu Sanjie granules can improve the quality of life of the hyperplasiaof mammary glands patients,especially in Physiological function,and the bodily pain. onthe whole,SF-36can reflect the effct of kaiyu sanjie soluble granules in the treatmentofquality of life in patients with hyperplasia of mammary glands,diagnosed phlegm andblood stasis.,but there are many defects and deficiencies,and it is important to establishquality of life scale appropriate to hyperplasia of mammary glands.Psychological factors ofmammary glands have an important impact on patients′quality of life.
