Background With the artificial joint materials and related operation technology rapiddevelopment,more and more patients have received the artificial jointreplacement.But,the around to the bone dissolve aseptic loosening clinically have notbeen solved after hip arthroplasty and this has become a hip arthroplasty influence toexplore the effect of the important problem. Recent studies show that the artificial jointof aseptic loosening occurrence is related to mechanics factors and biological factorsand biological factors is the main factors. Prosthetic into human body, with jointactivities, will produce the large amount of wear particles. These particles induced thebiological reaction happened, prompting the artificial joint and bone formationboundary between film organization, and with the wear particle and bone cells to absorbstimulating factor increases, cause the world organization of all kinds of film the releaseof bone absorption factor and broken bone cell differentiation and activation, eventuallyleading to the bone dissolve. Mediated periprosthetic bone dissolve cause artificial jointaseptic loosening, OPG and RANKL signal regulating system of the broken bone celldifferentiation, activation and apoptosis plays an important role.
