Objective:To observe the influence of QiGuiYiMaiLing (QGYML) and different compatibility on serum IMA and expression of HSP70on myocardial cell in rats with cerebral ischemia reperfusion injury and to discuss its nerve protection mechanism.Methods:The left coronary artery ligation were prepared threading myocardial ischemic-reper-fusion model,Wistar rats with120,half male and female,were randomly divided into twelve groups (n=10) and ID:Astragalus group, cassia twig group,Radix Notoginseng group, Astragalus+Cassia twig group, Cassia twig+Radix Notoginseng group, Astragalus+Cassia twig+Radix Notoginseng group, Astragalus+Cassia twig+Radix Notoginseng+Matrine group, blank control group, sham operation group, ischemia preconditioning group, QGYML group,We use enzyme immunoassay method for the determination of IMA and observe the morphological changes of apoptotic cells by HE staining in electron microscopy and check cardiomyocyte apoptosis related Heat shock protein70positive expression by immunohistochemical staining.Results:1. QGYML group and the experimental group as compared, the difference was statistically significant,(P<0.05); and compared with Radix Astragali group, Cassia twig group, Radix Notoginseng group, Matrine group, Astragalus+Cassia twig group,Radix Astragali+Cassia twig+Radix Notoginseng group, Astragalus+Cassia twig+Radix Notoginseng+Matrine group the difference was statistically significant,(P<0.05), QGYML group IMA was significantly lower than the other groups; the physiological saline group and sham operation group IMA only a small amount of expression, compared with other groups, the difference was statistically significant,(P<0.05).2. QGYML group, the expression of HSP70was the highest, QGYML group and the experimental group as compared with other groups, the difference was statistically significant,(P<0.05); and Radix Astragali group, Cassia twig group, and the Radix Notoginseng group, Matrine group, Astragalus+Cassia twig group,Radix Astragali+ Cassia twig+Radix Notoginseng, Radix Astragali+Cassia twig+Radix Notoginseng+Matrine group the difference was statistically significant,(P<0.05), by QGYML group can obviously improve the expression of HSP70; Compared with Radix Astragali+Cassia twig+Radix Notoginseng group, Radix Astragali+Cassia twig+Radix Notoginseng+Matrine group,there have no significant difference,(P>0.05); and compared with each drug groups compared, the difference was statistically significant,(P<0.05).Conclusion:1. Qi Gui Yi Mai Ling can inhibit rat myocardial ischemia serum ischemia-modified albumin elevation; compared with the compatibility,its effects is superior to them.The different combination on myocardial ischemic preconditioning has certain protective effect, but Qi GUI Yi Mai Ling on myocardial protection is better.2:Qi Gui Yi Mai Ling can improve the ischemic myocardial cell HSP70content, its effects is superior to other compatibilities.
