| ObjectiveTo analyze the significance of low molecular weight heparin(LMWH) in the early anticoagulation after coronary artery bypass surgery(CABG).MethodsFrom May2004to January2012we collected360cases of CABG patients and divided them into two groups:the LMWH group and Aspirin group. LMWH group included180cases and LMWH antithrombotic therapy was given after the first day of CABG. Aspirin group also included180cases and aspirin was given after3days of CABG. Clinical manifestation, platelet count, amount of drainage, postoperative complication and mortality were compared between the two groups.ResultsThere was no difference between the two groups except for the acute myocardial infarction(AMI) incidence. The incidence of AMI was much lower in LMWH group.ConclusionLMWH suggests its efficacy and safety in the early anticoagulation treatment after CABG. |
