| Objective:To determine the effect of the residue amniotic fluid volume after PPROM on pregnancy outcome by clinical observing and analysis of the premature rupture of membranes pregnant womenMethods:256cases of PPROM patients of pregnancy were collected. Patients were divided into two groups according to the residue Amniotic fluid index(AFI):The AFI <5cm group were84cases, the AFI>5.0cm group were172cases. Compared the mode of delivery, latency, rate of intrauterine infection, fetal distress, the incidence of neonatal asphyxia, neonatal morbidity, the incidence of amniotic fluid pollution in the two groups. The general information in the two groups was no statistically significant (P>0.05), two sets of data are comparable. Results:Compared two sets of mode of delivery:Compared to pregnant women in the AFI≤5cm group, in the AFI>5cm group, the cesarean section rate significantly lower (P<0.01), natural childbirth rate was significantly increased (P<0.01), while the line the vagina to help yield no significant difference (P>0.05). The latency of pregnant women in AFI≤5cm group was increasingly shorter than pregnant women in the AFI>5cm group. Compared two groups of pregnant women and postpartum perinatal child outcome:Compared to pregnant women in the AFI≤5cm group, in the AFI>5cm group, the rate of abnormal fetal heart rate monitoring, amniotic fluid pollution, neonatal asphyxia and intrauterine infection occurred was significantly lower (P<0.01), two groups of pregnant women and postpartum perinatal child outcome constitutes difference was statistically significant. Conclusions:Volume of the resumed amniotic fluid after PPROM will increase the rate of C-sect, shorten the latency. Rate of intrauterine infection, fetal distress, the incidence of neonatal asphyxia, the incidence of amniotic fluid pollution significantly increased. The residue Amniotic fluid index(AFI) after PPROM should be used as an index of monitoring fetal condition and guiding therapy. |
