Objective:To research and analysis the correlation of the intraoperative blood loss and postoperative drainage volume in lumbar interbody fusion and internal fixation. Methods:Have a Collection on68patients of lumbar interbody fusion and internal fixation (PLIF) from July2011to February2012in Qilu Hospital of orthopaedics. Detailed observation and records the intraoperative blood loss and postoperative drainage volume, according to the intraoperative blood loss, the blood loss was less than or equal to300ml、300-800ml of single operative segment, the blood loss was less than or equal to300ml、300-800ml of dual-operative segment, and the blood loss800-81200ml,total is divided into five groups. For statistical analysis the numeric variable data of the intraoperative blood loss and postoperative drainage volume. According to the pre-grouping calculate the regression equation and the regression equation of hypothesis testing, to research and analysis the correlation of the intraoperative blood loss and postoperative drainage volume.Results:1.The blood loss was less than or equal to300ml of single operative segment in lumbar PLIF, have the correlation between the intraoperative blood loss and postoperative drainage volume. The equation of projections postoperative drainage is Y(postoperative drainage volume ml)=0.567x(intraoperative blood loss ml)+17.129(ml).2.The blood loss was300-800ml of single operative segment in lumbar PLIF, have the correlation between the intraoperative blood loss and postoperative drainage volume. The equation of projections postoperative drainage is Y(postoperative drainage volume ml)=0.361x(intraoperative blood loss ml)+96.72(ml).3.The blood loss was300-800ml of dual-operative segment in lumbar PLIF, have the correlation between the intraoperative blood loss and postoperative drainage volume. The equation of projections postoperative drainage is Y (postoperative drainage volume ml)=0.772x(intraoperative blood loss ml)-192.641(ml).4. In this study, the correlation coefficients of each group were:r=0.507(The blood loss was less than or equal to300ml of single operative segment in lumbar PLIF),r=0.918(The blood loss was300-800ml of single operative segment in lumbar PLIF), r=0.772(The blood loss was300-800ml of dual-operative segment in lumbar PLIF)。Show that was a positive correlation between the intraoperative blood loss and postoperative drainage volume, can predict the postoperative drainage volume. Among, the least impact is the blood loss was less than or equal to300ml of single operative segment in PLIF,the greatest impact is the blood loss was300-800ml of single operative segment in PLIF, the middle is the blood loss was300-800ml of dual-operative segment in PLIF.Conclusion:This study shows that a significant correlation between the intraoperative blood loss and postoperative drainage volume in lumbar interbody fusion and internal fixation(the intraoperative blood loss was less than or equal to300ml、300-800ml of single operative segment, the blood loss was300-800ml of dual-operative segment),and there is a certain linear regression equation, the intraoperative blood loss can be predicted postoperative drainage volume in lumbar interbody fusion and internal fixation., and it is a strong indicator to forecast postoperative drainage volume. That more the intraoperative blood loss, with the better correlation of the postoperative drainage, it can better predict postoperative drainage volume, and the more the postoperative drainage volume, the more patients with total blood loss. Prompt us to pay attention to timely、accurate、good for hemostasis in during surgery. Not only helps to reduce the intraoperative blood loss, it can also reduce the postoperative drainage volume, and thereby reduce the patients total blood loss. Ensure the surgery carried out smoothly, which is conducive to promoting the rapid rehabilitation of the patients state of mind and body.
