Objective:To observe and analyze the intervention of reducing the count of white blood cell medicine (Hydroxycarbamide) on Vistar rats with acute myocardial infarction,and find new treatments to improve the prognosis of acute myocardial infarction.Objects and Methods:●According to the principle of random,50Vistar rats were divided into two groups:model group(acute myocardial infarction group)40and non-model group(normal group)10;33Vistar rats of model group were successfully modeled,with7death. Further, The33successful modeling Vistar rats were divided into drug group(Hydroxycarbamide group)17and non-drug group(non-Hydroxycarbamide group)16.●Outcome:(1) Observe the count of white blood cell, neutrophil, lymphocyte of each group.(2) Observe the level of the serum levels of inflammatory factors (soluble intercellular adhesion molecule-1、P-selectin、platelet-activating factor) of each group.(3) Cardiac ultrasound was used to evaluate different indexes of heart function (cardiac systolic function and diastolic function) of Vistar rats in different periods after acute myocardial infarction.(4) Pathologic tissue of living Vistar rats’ hearts were taken,which were made into HE staining biopsy, in order to observe the changing of heart infarction area after acute myocardial infarction.Result:●There were33of model group which were successfully modeled,with7Vistar rats’death.The success rate of modeling is82.5%.Then,33successful model Vistar rats were divided into two groups:17Vistar rats of drug group (Hydroxycarbamide group) and16Vistar rats of non-drug group (non-Hydroxycarbamide group)16.The non-model group(normal group) were given sham surgery,with1Vistar rat dead.●The count of white blood cell,neutrophil, lymphocyte of model group(acute myocardial infarction group) is higher than non-model group(normal group),and there is significant difference.And the drug group (Hydroxycarbamide group) is higher than the non-drug group (non-Hydroxycarbamide group), there is significantdifference.●Cardiac ultrasound:The different indexes of heart function(left ventricular ejection fraction and left ventricular fraction shortening) of drug group (Hydroxycarbamide group) were significantly improved comparing with non-drug group (non-Hydroxycarbamide group)4week after surgery after acute myocardial infarction,but the two groups were doublely lower than non-model group(normal group).●Pathological results:The areas of heart infarction of drug group (Hydroxycarbamide group) were smaller than non-drug group (non-Hydroxycarbamide group) after acute myocardial infarction.Conclusion:The application of reducing leukocytes medicine(nucleoside diphosphate reductase inhabitor-Hydroxycarbamide)to intervene the development of acute myocardial infaction of Vistar rats, can remarkably reduce the occurrence and development of inflammation after acute myocardial infarction, improve the indicators of their cardiac function, reduce the occurrence of complications including malignant arrhythmia,heart failure,cardiogenic shock, thus, in order to improve the prognosis.
