[Objectives]This study was aimed at learning the different efficacy and safety between HAA regimen, HAD regimen and DA regimen to induct clinical work.[Methods]27cases of patients who were firstly diagnosed as AML (non-M3) from September2007to February2011in Qilu Hospital, with choosing HAA, HAD or DA at random, are studied. Of the27cases,13are male,14are female. The median age is35years old. The number of using HAA are7, HAD are8and DA are12. All of them had been up study for a long time.[Results]1. The CR rate for HAA is higher than HAD and DA, but there is no significant different between patients treated with HAD and DA regimen.2. The one-year and two-year DFS of HAA is higher than HAD and DA, but there is no different between HAD and DA regimen.3. The one-year and two-year RFS of HAA is higher than HAD and DA; The one-year RFS of HAD is higher than DA, but there is no different between two-year RFS of HAD and DA regimen.4. The one-year and two-year OS of HAA is higher than HAD and DA, and there is not significant different between patients treated with HAD and DA regimen.5. The early mortality is not significant different between patients treated with the three regimens. But total mortality of HAA is lower than HAD and DA, and there is not different between HAD and DA.6. The hematological side effects of chemotherapy is bone marrow suppression, which is no different between HAA, HAD and DA regimen.7. The non-hematological side effect of HAA is less than HAD and DA.8. The prognosis of AML is related to the initial peripheral blood WBC count, blast cell counts in bone marrow, abnormal cell counts in PBC and chromosome karyotypes.[Conclusion]1. HAA regimen can enhance the efficacy and safety comparing to HAD and DA regimen.2. The initial peripheral blood WBC count, blast cell counts and chromosome karyotypes are related to the efficacy and prognosis of AML patients.
