objective:To investigate the curative effect and safety of intestinal tract microbial population moderator treatment on nonalcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD). Methods:Collection76cases NAFLD patients, aged19-67years old and characterized with BMI (BMI=weight/height)27~40、CT(liver/spleen)<1, were hospitalized by Affiliated Hospital of Peking University during Mar.2010to Jul.2011. They were randomly devided into two groups:Yishanfu (single) and Yishanfu-Peifeikang (cocktail),38cases every group. In single group, oral administration Yishanfu456mg,3times/d; in cocktail group, based on single groups method, oral administration Peifeikang80mg,3times/d, All NAFLD patients were treated with dietary and sports therapy one month.40healthy people as normal control. Results:after treatment there were much changes in both groups①weight、waistline and BMI decreased (P<0.05), there’s no groups difference (P>0.05)②TNF-α、IR、ALT all reduced, but APN rised, there’s significant difference between two groups(P<0.05).③liver CT and liver/spleen CT values increased,(P<0.01).④blood fat、blood glucose and total cholesterol reduced (P<0.05). But blood pressure and LDL no change, though HDL down regulation, there’s no statistical significance (P>0.05).Conclusion:Bifid Triple Viable capsules can decrease the levels of serum endotoxn、TNF-α and IR, improve the ANP and liver function of NAFLD less adverse reaction. It is a better choice for NAFLD patients.
