Background:In China about60million people each year with acute coronary syndrome, the mortality rate of about6%to20%. After the system after treatment, still about20%to30%of survivors left sick. These sick not only of their own, and caused a heavy burden on their families and society as a whole medical institutions. Through the tireless efforts of the majority of cardiologists and clinical scholars in the clinical treatment of acute coronary syndrome has made significant progress. The purpose of research fluvastatin extended-release tablets coronary intervention (PCI) therapy in patients with ROS(reactive oxygen species) MDA (Malondialdehyde) NO (Nitric oxide)Objectives:1. Clinical and serum data from90cases of acute hypertensive ACS patients were retrospectively studied. The relationship of cholesterol and oxdated number with the degree of brain damange and prognosis was statistically analyzed.2. MDA、NO、ROS expression level on peripheral T lymphocyte from ACS patients and healthy controls was detected. The difference between these three groups was statistically analyzed.3. Statistical analysis of the peripheral blood of patients with acute coronary syndrome oxidative stress factor of MDA, ROS, the expression level of NO and coronary artery damage and prognosis of the correlation between. Methods:Select90cases from July2004to April2007in our hospital coronary intervention in patients with unstable angina patients were randomly divided into three groups: control group (30cases), conventional medical treatment (anticoagulation, nitric acidesters, β-blockers, angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitors and calcium antagonists, etc.) two weeks; fluvastatin intervention group of30cases on the basis of conventional therapy using fluvastatin sustained release tablets daily80mg once two weeks before the drug treatment, drug treatment after two weeks (the day before surgery) and24h after collecting fasting venous blood, determination of serum MDA、ROS、NO concentration after drug treatment, fluvastatinSustained Release Tablets in the intervention group compared with the control serum of MDA、ROS、 NO concentration significantly decreased (P<0.01); fluvastatin sustained release tablets in the intervention group postoperative serum MDA、ROS、NO concentration was significantly lower than the same period in controlgroup (P<0.01). conclusion after percutaneous coronary intervention increased serum MDA、ROS、NO levels; fluvastatin sustained release tablets to reduce the serum of patients with coronary heart disease of MDA、ROS、NO concentration.Results:1. The clinical data of the three groups of patients:three groups of patients age, sex, hypertension, lipid levels, smoking history and coronary angiography, cardiac function index difference not statistically significant.2. Fluvastatin extended-release tablets cured patients with unstable angina oxidative stress levels in fluoride, fluorine cutting his Tingpu tablets and did not have statistically significant differences between the control group, of which fluorine fluvastatin extended-release tablets andexistence of significant differences between fluvastatin Tingpu through tablet application Group, fluorine cutting his Tingpu through tablets and there were significant differences between the control group.3. Unstable angina after PCI in patients with recurrent cardiovascular events in fluvastatin extended-release tablets using group, fluorine cutting his Tingpu capsule agent group, and is not used in the control group, statistically significant differences between extended-release tablets and fluoride cutting Tingpu through tablet application group significant differences in fluoride cutting there were significant differences between the fluorine fluvastatin extended-release tablets application groupthere were significant differences between the control group.4. MDA、NO、ROS expression level on T lymphocyte of ACS patients had no correlation with the blood cholesterol level.Conclusions:1. Patients with coronary heart disease closely related to oxidative stress and the degree of myocardial injury and the prognosis, suggesting that oxidative stress and inflammation occur in the disease, play an important role in the development.2. In patients with coronary artery disease in peripheral blood CD3+T cells of MDA, NO ROS positive expression rate was significantly lower than its expression in the peripheral blood of normal volunteers, but the expression in CD4+T cells and CD8+T cell subsets distributionseparation phenomenon exists in patients with coronary artery disease in peripheral blood CD8+T cells of MDA, NO and ROS positive expression rate is lower than normal controls, while CD4+T cells MDA, NO ROS positive expression rate was slightly higher than normal controls, suggesting that fluoride cuttingstatin release tablets.3. Detect the expression levels of oxidative stress factors in the peripheral blood T lymphocytes of patients with coronary heart disease may help to improve the predictability of the inflammatory response in patients with coronary heart disease, there may be a clinical judgment with coronary artery disease an effective indicator of myocardial injury and coronarya new target for gene therapy...
